"Amazing stay in a beautiful place. The interior design felt new and clean with thoughtful, modern touches. We had the place to ourselves during a rainy week and really enjoyed the breakfast and proximity to wonderful adventures. The owners were helpful and friendly and made our stay very comfortable. "Food and staff were great. However there was no air conditioning in the room and no fans either. You couldn’t sit outside in the evening to cool off because of the mosquitoes. So slept very poorly. The sheets have wool in them which made it very itchy to sleep. Kids in near by rooms were very loud and I wish staff would have told them to quiet down. There is no way they didn’t hear them. "

"Excellent choice for short stay in Konstanz. Quiet pedestrian area on edge of old town 10 mins from station. Rooms not spacious but well equipped with draw and hanging space. Inclusion of breakfast a bonus but plenty of excellent bakeries/cafes around. Well pleased with our choice."

"The room was perfect for the location. We needed a set of rooms for one night. They were convenient, well priced, and brand new so in perfect condition. Check in and check out are electronic but there is staff on the first floor to answer questions and provide assistance. If you drive, Parking is the only challenge. "

"Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!) Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment. A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly."
