"Great location for the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful, but sometimes not enough staff at reception. The business centre, however, is still terrible. Only one computer was working and the issue of being able to access airline websites or emails is ongoing and nothing seems to have been done ..."

"Great location just a few minutes away from the Earls Court train station making it very easy to get anywhere in London. It was a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The room was tiny, but very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay!"
