"It was fine for a one-night stay. TV didn’t work, and apparently ours wasn’t the only one; woman at the front desk said they were trying to contact their provider to remedy the situation, but nothing had been done by the time we left. To be fair, we arrived around 10 at night and left at 9 am, but I have no idea when the issue was first identified. Standard “free”, serve-yourself breakfast, including scrambled eggs, bacon, and waffles. Overall it was a half decent place for a short stay. "

"Very peaceful property and the hosts were clear, communicative and answered any questions (ahead of time and on site) promptly. The property itself was stunning - everything had been updated (appliances, washrooms, bedrooms, games room, TV, hot tub, etc) and new while maintaining a classic and warm cottage element.We were able to comfortably and easily host 16 guests and each one was able to have their own space and also congregate all together to enjoy meals and games and time together. I will be booking again for another large family gathering. Cannot wait to get back. The privacy offered at the property is lovely too. You have your own space and the nature is beautiful. We were there in the winter so didn't get to use the lake etc but we walked down to the dock/lake front (about 5-10 minute walk from cottage) and it was lovely. Again, can't wait to get back! "

"The perfect cozy winter cabin!!! My partner and I had a great time enjoying the early snowy January days from this well-equipped cottage. Amenities were A, kitchen had everything we could possibly need in terms of tools, appliances, and space, and the bathroom was very clean, with great water pressure and tons of space to put our toiletries. We were concerned that the wood stove wouldn't reach the bedrooms during the night, as it did take a while to warm up when we got there, but we actually ended up sweating that first night! Beds were comfy and clean, and plenty of towels were provided. Can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the lake! George was very attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything, and even sent us rental recommendations ahead of time. Thanks so much. :)"
