"The location was prefect and the staff were very nice. However we did have issues with 2 rooms and ended up having to move to 3 different rooms. The staff was accommodating but it was still very frustrating and time consuming. Also the mountain view did not give you a view of anything but a tree and the parking lot! The breakfast was delicious and if you're planning to go to a concert this is the right place for you. "

"We had no hot water, the fridge was making a grinding sound. We reported the water issue in the evening. By morning nothing had been done and there was still no hot water and nobody had been called to fix it. The breakfast was ok. "

We did not hear all the fun still going on on the first level, after returning from the show to our third floor room. We received an upgraded room upon check in, perhaps to keep us in a quiet area of the property. We got a good night's sleep. Staff very nice and accommodating."
