Gaps around door frame enough to see shadows of people walking by. Had late checkout yet maid knocks on door at 10am.grrr. Decent area. Safe. Solid stay in spite of my gripes."

"The location was prefect and the staff were very nice. However we did have issues with 2 rooms and ended up having to move to 3 different rooms. The staff was accommodating but it was still very frustrating and time consuming. Also the mountain view did not give you a view of anything but a tree and the parking lot! The breakfast was delicious and if you're planning to go to a concert this is the right place for you. "

My room was clean, but the location and the other clients were very sketchy. I tried to check out in the morning (around 8:00 a.m.), but the front desk was still closed."
