"It was great. The room was perfect. Only thing was when we checked in we never recieved our attraction wristbands or was told about it. We purchased attraction tickets out of pocket and found out from other guest of other hotels that this band was given to them. With any stay in villiage. I had to look it up on the blue mountain website, when I confronted the front desk that I didn’t get it, they gave me the bands right away and offered to wave my resort fee, however it’s been a couple of days and my credit card was already charged this fee. Waiting a while before I escalate it. "

"Lisa at the front desk was very friendly and personable. Our room was excellent: slept well in the comfortable bed, great view from room, loved the big bathtub, and the kitchenette was very useful to keep costs down. We also really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, and the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas! I just would have liked to have a bathrobe and the front path was a little slippery to walk."
