People at front desk were very helpful and nice. Location was perfect and The room was clean and property was nice. However, we got a room with a “pull out couch” and one of us planned to sleep on it… this is NOT a viable sleeping arrangement!!! You can not sleep on this. It is worn out and the most uncomfortable spot to lay on!!! Please do not be fooled by an “extra” sleeping spot. Your back and legs and hips will be extremely angry !!

Terrific location. Very nice property. Clean and great rooftop bar.
Did not appreciate the resort fee but that’s NYC.
Have stayed here many times. Lots to do nearby and easy subway access to everywhere.
