"The cabin was nice and large. All porches were thickly, covered with pollen, however with no attempt at cleaning. Really no decent yard to walk dogs in, and no easy access to water."

"We had an amazing stay! We were in the area for baseball, but this beautiful home in Ellijay became the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was spacious, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing for our family.Our kids absolutely loved the game room, and the back porch was our favorite spot. In the evenings, the lightning bugs sparkling throughout the trees created the most magical atmosphere. The river was so much fun and was easy to access from the house, making it even more enjoyable. We also felt very safe in the gated community and truly appreciated the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.This was the perfect home for our family, and we already can’t wait to come back!"

"This secluded home was perfect for our adult family of 10. There was ample room to hang out together as well as having areas, both inside and outside, for privacy. Beautifully furnished throughout including comfortable beds. Good Wi-Fi for those who needed to telecommute, great having 3 zoned air conditioning in the Georgia summer. Hosts were extremely attentive to my many questions pre and post arrival. Easily found residence which had ample parking for our 4 cars and a golf cart (borrowed from our local family). The Coosawattee River Resort has so much to offer in outdoor activities. We enjoyed the tennis & pickleball courts, gym, pools and ample hiking opportunities. My daughter, who is a botanist, and I even harvested wild chanterelles right around the house. Delicious! Within an hour’s drive there is so much to do- we visited farmers markets for our produce, butcher for meats, went tubing on Cartecay river, hiked Amicolola Falls, shopped and dined in the sweet downtown area and rented a pontoon boat with a slide on Carters Lake. Stay, you won’t regret it!"

"Wonderful house. Game room was stocked and kept the kids, and adults busy. Loved sitting in one of the 3 decks to listen to the river and relax! Even saw a bald eagle in a tree on the 4th of July!"

"Amazing new cabin on the river with Mountain View's. Decorated and furnished like a personal luxury home. Hot tub, firepit patio and walking trail to the river with hammocks along the river bluff make for great outdoor activities. Five star comfort stay!!!"
