The faucet in our bathroom sink was barely functioning, loose handles, etc. I have extremely high expectations of the Ace ~ I’ve stayed in 4 properties so far so but the NYC experience didn’t really impress me (caveat, the front desk staff were exceptional). Lots of work to do in the lobby area s well to make it more inviting.

Overall an okay property. The room was basic in terms of amenities. Bed, bathroom, closet and fridge. No in room tea/coffee.A food market was available in the lobby and they gave us a $15/day voucher which was okay if everything in the market wasn't so overpriced. We bought two tea packets for $12.00 just as an example. Great spot near subway obviously. Decent staff, and room could have been cleaner

The hotel doesn't have any amenities as well it seemed as though the hotel was constantly short staffed. The distance to central park is great but the hotel is average.
