"We had a wonderful stay at Burggartenpalais. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. A special highlight was the lovely piano in the lobby, which they kindly allowed our son to play. The room was perfect for two adults and a teenager. It was very spacious and featured a clever layout where our son had his own separate area out of our direct line of sight, giving everyone a bit of privacy. The room was very comfortable, furnished with a chaise sofa and rocking chairs, and offered beautiful views of the garden. The location is absolutely perfect. It is just a short walk to the Christmas Museum, the Medieval Crime Museum, and all the popular photography spots. Most importantly, it is only steps away from the center square where the Night Watchman tour begins. Breakfast: A typical, high-quality regional spread of breads, cheeses, and meats. They also offered delicious cooked-to-order eggs. Parking: Available for an extra fee in a very convenient lot located right behind the building. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rothenburg, especially families!"

Check in was prompt and the breakfast buffet was excellent - special touches like names on the breakfast tables were a unique personal touch. The rooms were spacious, bedding (especially the pillows ) were extremely comfortable. The hotel is half a block from the markt Platz (where the Christkindlmarkt was) and frankly everything within old Rothenburg is a short walk away. exceptional stay !!
