8.4/10 Very good! (1,003 reviews)
Although the rooms are small by American standards, they are nicely designed and comfortable. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.Breakfast is great with good selection of French cheeses, French pastries and a variety of teas. Great location with rue Saint Lazare and Boulevard des Martyrs giving you a genuine taste of French art de vivre with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and all sorts of shops.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,002 reviews)
We stayed at the hotel during the art fair in Paris for four nights. Booked the Eiffel suite. You can see a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower if you try hard. The room itself is certainly not a suite. It is quite small. There is a nice terrace.
Had a good time, but we paid about €1000 a night and that is not worth it

"Terrible stay. I just needed one night to rest for my airport trip and they didn’t get me checked in until 10pm. I arrived at 2pm and the lady at front said the systems were down. I waited and wiated and since the place is in the middle of nowhere I couldn’t just get up and go do something to keep ..."
