The "Kleon 2" apartment in Riffian offers you a south-facing balcony with dining table and stunning panoramic views of South Tyrol’s mountains—an ideal base for a relaxing holiday in the Passeier Valley.



On 42 m², you’ll find a living area with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, dish soap, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, all standard utensils, a fridge with small freezer, dining area, and a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed, plus satellite TV. The bedroom has a double bed, desk, and satellite TV. The bathroom features a rain shower, bidet, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror. Free Wi-Fi and a wall safe are provided. Bed linen, towels, and dish towels are included.



A sauna is available for an extra fee. The shared outdoor pool and garden are also at your disposal. The pool is open from early May to late September, depending on the weather.
