"Reserved a room with double queen beds. Had 2 grand children with hubby and I. Got there to check in and they said all they had was a king suite with a sofa. No extra bedding. Had to go to front desk and ask for some. Phone in room to call front desk didn’t work. Alot of hair in the tub area. Pass on a shower. Bed was old and saggy."
