"This is a small town in Italy away from everything. 4 hours and 2 trains from Rome. This bed and breakfast (coffee and croissant in the Centrale Bar in the piazza below) may be one of only a few places here to stay. "I usually do not write bad reviews. We arrived at 3 pm, the owner was clearly bothered by our presence. He wanted to retain our Ids until the next day—a no go. The room had a temperature of 35 degrees and the a/c did not work. Our complaint was answered tha a/c only is available between 6pm and 5am. The hotel is situated in what looks like a war zone. "A lot of thought was put into the design and layout of the hotel. The restaurant and rooms are well maintained and rooms are very clean. The quality of the food (breakfast and dinner) is amazing and the prices for drinks and food fair. A highlight is the amazing staff in the restaurant. "
