The apartment is located on the first floor of the house. Two main rooms are located on the south side of the house, so it is very bright and suny. Neighborhood is quiet, it is residental district. A park is just next to it. City centre is 1,5 km far. It takes 15 minutes walking or you can take a bus. At the immediate vicinity there are Faculty of Technical studies, Faculty of Medicine and Polytechnic. Faculty of Economics and Law faculty are also very close to it. You can reach a Corner shop in a less than 5 minutes.
The apartment itself consists of corridor, kitchen, dining and living room, bedroom and bathroom. One double bed is in the bedroom, and sofa is in the living room. There is also a balcony with a view to a park. You may park a car at the public space in a front of the house for free.
