9/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
Although advertised as a 5-star hotel, my experience felt closer to a 3-star standard. The property looks dated, with very limited amenities, and the staff were not flexible. It appears to need significant renovation to meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. I stayed only one night and arrived late, so my observations are limited, but these were my overall impressions.

8.6/10 Excellent! (865 reviews)
Our room had quite a few issues with it.
The air conditioner wouldn’t turn on.
Safe was labelled as broken.
Fridge did not work.
No house keeping during our stay, though we had requested it.
Burnt out light bulbs and broken electrical outlets.
Location was great, but can’t vouch for the rooms.

7.8/10 Good! (683 reviews)
"Avoid this hotel. Old, rundown building, needs major renowations and upgrades. Smell of poorly vented plumbing system, sewer stench from the sink. Austere amenities, hardly anything provided. Not even tissues in bathroom, just two small plastic cups. Windows open on a major construction site so very ..."
