"Although clean enough inside, the outside is infested with seagull nests and droppings. The building amenities were acceptable to poor, The bath plug did not have a chain, so needed to be pried out with a spoon handle. The coffee and tea soon ran out and didn't have any idea where to get replacements. ..."
