Tutto assolutamente positivo. Gentilezza trovata al check-in cosi come alla partenza. Davvero molto accoglienti. Tutto pulitissimo e cibo molto buono. La struttura si trova in zona molto movimentata sia per negozi che per mercatini serali. Ottimo

La struttura è fronte mare, apprezzabile. È però molto datata: stanze vecchie, asciugamani logori e ruvidi. Reception poco informata: mi hanno negato il parcheggio nonostante le mie 3 notti, mandandomi presso un'area parcheggio di zona, poi risultata chiusa. C'è stato un brutto episodio con le pulizie: abbiamo trovato le addette già all'opera appena tornati dalla colazione. Abbiamo chiesto alla Governante 20 minuti per prepararci ad andare in spiaggia. Ma di ritorno alle 16, la camera non era stata fatta. In reception ho fatto educatamente presente la cosa. Mentre riposavamo, è arrivato il team, ma i miei bimbi già dormivano. Ci siamo impegnati quindi ad uscire per le 17 per dare loro spazio. Alle 20 la camera non era stata fatta. In reception la Signora sosteneva che le risultava fatta, quindi io mentivo. Raccontava pure bugie dicendo di aver visto entrare le addette in camera. Ho smascherato subito la sua balla mostrandole una foto delle 21 di un divano antistante la camera che dal mattino recava tutti gli strumenti delle pulizie, lì per noi (molto igienico in tempo di Covid-19), e ha risposto che non l'ha visto. Impossibile non vederlo. L'ultima affermazione della reception è stata: "Lei ha riservato con Expedia, cosa pretende?"... I prezzi su Expedia li fate voi, mica io. Per questo devo essere trattato da pezzente e non ricevere i servizi, passando per bugiardo? Peccato per loro: per agosto ho riservato 8 notti nell'hotel 4stelleS accanto. Avete perso guadagno e faccia.
