Excellent hotel and staff

Excellent accommodation and very helpful staff even though hotel.com messed up our booking. The hotel staff did everything to help the situation.

Soggiorno molto buono, il residence è vicinissimo alla spiaggia, personale molto gentile e disponibile, le camere sono spaziose la cucina/soggiorno ampia e completa di accessori. Mi permetto di suggerire una maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione, il bagno non ha finestre e l'areazione è effettuata da una ventola che si attiva con l'accensione della luce, purtroppo ci devono essere dei problemi nello scarico della doccia dal quale fuoriusciva un cattivo odore, come se non ci fosse il sifone ma scarico diretto, siamo stati costretti a tenere la luce accesa H24 per aspirare il cattivo odore, un po' noioso sentire di notte la ventola girare, anche se abbastanza silenziosa ma anche per loro un maggiore costo di energia. Comunque nel complesso lo consiglio anche se un po' caro come costo.

We had a very pleasant stay in Sottovento Apartments. the Studio apartment that we booked was very comfortable for family of 3.also very quiet. The Staff is great, they all are very friendly, happy and helpful. Location is perfect just 2 min. walking distance from the beach. They also have bikes that you can use for free.

Hotel in Strandnähe

Das Hotel macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Es liegt in der zweiten Reihe, und etwas Abseits vom Trubel. Somit kein Nachtlärm von der Straße. Das Appartement hätte etwas saubere sein können. Auf dem Boden war noch etwas Staub und Im Bad lagen auf dem Boden Haare. Mit vier Personen war unser 2 Zimmer Appartement am Limit. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, das die Adria vor der Tür war. Er machte aber einen guten und sauberen Eindruck. +++ Strandnähe Küche im Appartment Tiefgarage Großer Balkon Restaurants in der Nähe Kostenlose Fahräder --- Personal sprach kein deutsch (englisch nur teilweise) kein Geschirrspüler Sauberkeit Duschbrause, wie sooft war auch hier der Halter defekt und es war nur ein plätschern

Семейный отдых

Отдыхали в отеле в августе 2015 года. Отель в очень хорошем состоянии, 5 мин пешком до пляжа. В номере есть все необходимое для приготовления еды , мы были с 6-ти летним ребенком, поэтому для нас это было важно. Очень хороший обслуживающий персонал, особенно Зина, очень приветливая и всегда готова помочь. Рекомендую!

Siamo stati 3 notti in questo residence che abbiamo scelto per la vicinanza al parco dell'Italia in miniatura. Personale molto gentile (5 stelle)ma per il livello generale della struttura è forse più vicino ad un 2 stelle. Nella nostra stanza mancava l'asciugacapelli, i condizionatori non erano regolabili, il segnale WiFi era molto debole, il balcone era a pochi metri dai palazzi vicini. Non abbiamo utilizzato la piccola piscina perché quasi sempre in ombra.

Terassen var bäst

Nyrenoverat lägenhetskomplex, dock var det mögel på väggarna i vår lägenhet. Poolen var liten men bra, kom bara ihåg att det är siesta mellan halv ett och halv fyra och då tillåts inget bad. Nära restauranger. Gratis parkering utmed strandpromenaden.

Balkongen var bäst

Myror, fuktskadade väggar och lite skitigt. Poolen var bra, dock fick man inte låta mellan 12,30 till 15,30 (bad med småbarn var alltså uteslutet). Ganska lugnt område med likartade restauranger. Ett par dagar går an men inte mer.

Sehr geeignet für Leute die es vorziehen seöber zu entscheiden wann was und wo sie essen wollen. sehr ruhige Lage trotz nur etwa 100 Meter zum Strand. Nicht geeignet für Leute die Festen wollen.

Residence Sottovento

Struttura recente, piuttosto tranquilla e vicinissima alla spiaggia libera di Torre Pedrera. Ottima idea la disponibilità di una piccola piscina sul retro e anche del garage sotterraneo, che però è a pagamento (7 euro/notte) e praticamente obbligatorio: gli agenti della Polizia Municipale erano in agguato di fronte al residence e già pronti con il blocco delle contravvenzioni in mano. Nella hall ci sono distributori di bibite, aqua e snacks, così si può acquistare la minerale a 60 centesimi la bottiglietta invece di 1-1,20 euro del prezzo dei bar. La terrazza e ampiamente sfruttabile e si può mangiare all'aperto. Cucina con attrezzatura sufficiente, microonde compreso. Mini impianto hi-fi disponibile in stanza. A mio parere il climatizzatore non era ben funzionante, forse mancava il gas refrigerante. Gentilissimo, efficiente e molto disponibile il personale di nazionalità russa. Animali ammessi a 9 euro/notte, forse una tariffa un po' elevata. Sarebbe stato gradito un tappetino da porre fuori dalla doccia.
