"The beds are terrible, too hard, awful plastic mattress covers, sheets that don’t stay on. Please invest in some proper fitting bed sheets. The pillows are horrible. Plastic, hard and just bad, not goid."
"Although this bungalow is set up for short stays, we were there for 3 weeks. Beautiful Guayabitos beach is accessible across the street. It is situated between Guayabitos Centro and La Penita with a short walk to each. The bungalow was comfortable, clean and had the basic necessities. The hosts , Enrique and family were super accommodating and a pleasure to meet. We would definitely return. "
"This property is on a high hill and the view from up there is amazing! There are lots of places to stop and overlook the entire Guayabitos Bay while drinking your morning coffee. There are two very clean swimming pools with access to BBQ pits. It was such a calm, relaxing, beautiful experience. Reccomend it 100%"

"The stay was amazing! Staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. The variety in food options were delicious even for the picky eaters in my family, and location is prime. Our view was the best too! We will definitely be back to stay again! "
"This hotel is new and very nice. Plus it is also centrally located just minutes from the beach. The only complaint I have is that the neighboring business is a restaurant and they play loud music. Seems like 7 AM is when it starts. That is the only complaint I have."
"We like to be able to walk to everything. The Aurora’s location was perfect. Right in the middle of Guayabitos and a block from the beach. The pool was a lovely feature, and we chose to have our coffee by the pool twice everyday. The staff were patient and kind, and also very responsive to our requests. We would stay here again. "

"3rd time to this fantastic resort that’s as authentic Mexico you can’t get. If you’re looking for luxury, 5 star, white counters resort this is not the place for you. This is all about experiencing Mexican food, culture, and the people. Staff are all incredible, the beach is by far the best beach in all of Mexico and I’ve been to both Caribbean side and Pacific side. "

"we have stayed at this property for three years now. I feel like the pros outweigh the cons overall. The pros are it is close to the beach, it is clean. The staff is friendly and considering it’s all inclusive it’s relatively affordable. It is not a five star luxury resort by any means and we don’t always love the dinner options but breakfast and lunch are good. We’ve never had issues getting lounge chairs out front, the beach in front of the hotel is always clean and there is a security guard watching over the area. We have never once felt unsafe while staying here. The grounds are kept very clean, there’s always somebody doing maintenance and our housekeeping staff for the daily room tidy has done an excellent job. Now, onto the cons. The beds are not comfortable, but we have stayed in other places in Mexico and found that to be the same thing. They’re just very firm. Also, if you would like to have a quiet time earlier than 10-11pm, This is not the place for you. During the day there is music playing at the pool (which is spotless btw) and at night from 9-10 there’s karaoke or a band, it sometimes stretches past the 10pm mark. Also, at times there are “beach mariachi bands” that are hired by people staying in the hotel that play long past 11pm and it is quite loud. If you want a relaxing quiet oasis then this is not it. But overall we have been happy with our stays. "
