"The help was excellent especially the staff by the pool Alex took excellent care of us always Jonny on the spot the Maude were excellent they even brought cookies at turn down the only gripe I had was they would not let us check in 15 minutes early lines got extremely busy at three meals were good their idea of a great steak and mine were different the least expensive steak was spot on the more expensive tasted like it was boiled some people could like it just not me over all great vacation"

"Is a beautiful hotel, the staff is perfect, very clean. But is very boring and nothing to do but eat, be in the swimming pool and drink. We spend a lot of time in our room sleeping because there's absolutely nothing to do. who want's a cooking lesson when you're on vacation, or learned Spanish?? you want to have fun. the entertainment is mediocre. They should have a "Noche Mexicana" the stage is 10X12 outside. There's no reason to take nice clothes, no place to wear them. Will I ever go back. NO! I can sleep at home."
