Great value for a full home, despite being a bit dated Getting a full house to yourselves offers fantastic value for money, especially in an area where high prices seem to be the norm. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend it for families. Location & Transit To reach the property from the station, you have to take a local bus (or overpriced taxis). Be prepared for it to be quite packed, as it’s the main route tourists use to get into the area. The Property & Amenities Space & Functionality: Having an entire house provided plenty of room and fully met our needs as a family. Cleanliness & Bedding: The house was clean overall, but the sheets and pillows were noticeably old, yellowed, and had a stale odour. They definitely need to be replaced. Facilities: The house is on the older side—for instance, the showerhead needs an upgrade—but despite the age of certain fixtures, everything was sufficient for a comfortable stay. Final Verdict: If you don't mind a property that is older and could use a few updates to the bedding and fixtures, it provides a practical, spacious, and cost-effective stay for a family.

Excellent location, well equipped base.

This property is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. It's close enough to the town to walk to via sign posted paths. Alternatively it's a couple of minutes walk to the bus stop. The house itself, although a little dated in its decoration and some equipment actually has everything you need and has plenty of space for a family. The view from the terrace / back windows is incredible. Furnishings are comfy and it's easy to relax here after a day exploring. We loved it!

The photos of the rental are nicer than the reality. No garden, only small area on slope covered in weeds. Bedrooms are dated, with poor lighting, dark, and one plug socket. Kitchen is very small, an old oven, only two hobs work. The sitting area and kitchen have an extension lead in each which are overloaded by TV and kitchen appliances & could be a hazard. No sockets to use/charge phones. Bathroom very dated. Decor 1960-1970. Nice quiet area. Bus journey to Interlaken. Would not recommend.

Vorwiegend positive Erfahrung

Vorwiegend positiv, z.B. ruhige Lage und trotzdem sehr nahe beim ÖV, sauber, sehr gute Matratzen, alles da was man braucht. Negativ: älteres Haus, verschiede-nes müsste repariert werden (z.B. ein stark klemmendes Fenster, eine lose Steckdose), Beleuchtung sehr dunkel (schwache Glühbirnen). Sehr negativ: wir haben noch nie erlebt, dass wir für 2 Wochen Ferien nur 1 Garnitur Handtücher bekom-men haben. 2 Wochen das gleiche Handtuch ist unhygienisch. Alles in allem aber gerne wieder einmal.

Bezoek 2025

Met uitzondering van 2015 vanaf 2012 tot heden jaarlijks een weekje vakantie geboekt in deze woning. Niet super de luxe maar prima om in te vertoeven. Geeft mijn tevredenheid denk ik wel aan. Alleen de was/douche ruimte zou wat moderner mogen zijn, lastig voor m.n. ouderen om zich te douchen. Zelfstandig in-en uitchecken bij aankomst en vertrek is ook zeer prettig.

Prachtige schone en ruime woning!

We waren zeer verrast met de hygiëne van de woning. Een super schoon vakantiehuis met alle benodigdheden die je dagelijks nodig hebt. Met een gezin van zes hebben wij voor een weekje enorm genoten. Rustige omgeving met een prachtig uitzicht. De kinderen hebben fijn in de tuin kunnen spelen. Ruime slaapkamers en een gezellige knusse woonkamer. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Die Wohnung war sauber und nah am See und Innenstadt. Busstation war nah an der Unterkunft. In der Küche fehlen Steckdosen für Toaster und Mikrowelle. Man kann diese nicht parrallel betreiben. Der smart TV ist recht klein. Es gibt leider keine Mülltrennung.

‘Out dated’, niet goed schoon met goede bedden

Inrichting was gedateerd. Dat is niet erg want is op de foto’s ook te zien. Wat voor deze prijs niet goed was is dat het appartement niet goed schoon was, er dingen kapot waren (kastplanken, lampen), veel verlengsnoeren waren, ook in de keuken en het niet goed schoon was. Er hing ook een muffe lucht. Tenslotte was het beddengoed niet altijd schoon (vlekken) en zaten er gaten in. Kortom: prijs/kwaliteit klopte niet.

‘Out dated’ en achterstallig onderhoud, niet schoon, wel goede bedden

Locatie is prima in een rustige wijk net buiten Interlaken-Ost met mooi uitzicht. Het is geen probleem als meubels en inrichting wat gedateerd zijn maar het moet niet kapot zijn en goed schoon. Dat was helaas niet het geval: verlichting die niet werkte, veel verlengsnoeren nodig, muffe lucht, planken in kasten ontbraken, huur linnen stonk, was kapot en niet schoon. Servies en bestek was ook niet schoon en wederom veel verlengsnoeren in keuken bij water (gevaarlijk). Jammer want past niet bij de gevraagde huurprijs.

Appartement chalet goldswil

Bel appartement dans un chalet . Fonctionnel et propre et bien équipé. Très bien situé pour aller sur interlaken et Brienz. Décoration vieillotte et salle de bain peu pratique pour se doucher pour les personnes de grande taille. Bonne literie et très bons équipements.
