"Front desk staff was so nice and helpful "

"The pool was clean and inviting. The yard was lush and relaxing. The kitchenette was well-supplied. The sitting area was comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is historic and has that old town feel."

"Floors, drapes , toilets are not cleaned"

"The sheets were stained, the room old, the bathroom was mostly clean, the breakfast staff noncommunicative, the breakfast good, but we didn't utilize the pool. We will never return to this hotel. If it's rated as excellent, it makes me terrified of the ones that were just listed as "very good.""

"If I could give a negative I would. The fire alarm went off 3 nights straight for an hour at 1 am and the staff did nothing . The front desk guy was no where to be found for hours and half the staff are friends just joking around . We came here for a wrestling national tournament and when we went to cancel our remaining 3rd night the manager said she need to call the VP of the property to confirm if she could even cancel our room which is absurd and ridiculous. This place needs to be shut down asap don’t stay here unless you have no care for your life or sanity."

"The staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was standard. Fresh fruit, yogurt, there was also hot breakfast, sausage and gravy and biscuits. Coffee. Juice. The rooms were clean. Everything was in good working condition. The AC was cold. The shower was warm. The towels and sheets were clean. TV worked. Plugs worked. Everything was as expected. I stayed alone with my young son for the weekend and felt safe. Don’t book here and stay here if you’re expecting a 5 star resort. This is a perfect middle of the road property. Close to the baseball fields we were playing at that weekend and it was a perfectly safe, secure, comfortable and reasonable stay for a great price. "

"I would have preferred to know that someone lives on the property while booking and not the day before arrival. This kind of information should be disclosed with more advance notice. I found it quite off-putting to get a message stating that someone lives in an apartment in the backyard but was already in route. He has nothing to do with the home and acknowledged such. Nice guy, don’t get me wrong. As a past victim of domestic violence; I was already on guard when we pulled up and saw a guy walking the back yard without a shirt on. The home and other conditions/amenities were quite pleasant otherwise. Honestly, I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known that someone I didn’t know or had contact with lived in the backyard."
