My first room had now AC, i tried sleeping couldn't, but went down to lobby and they were able to place me in a new room that had good AC. The rooms are okay, get what you payed for, I would spend double the money to be near beach now that I know.

The room was not fully clean, the air conditioning did work but here no instructions on how to use it and the first night I slept without AC . Additionally the evening staff was unbelievably rude and the street very noisy. I wouldn’t recommend.

No geral Razoável. Instalações, móveis do quarto (a cama de casal eram duas de solteiro colocadas lado a lado) frigobar e ar condicionado do quarto muito antigos, porém Funcionais. Quartos com boa iluminação. O banheiro e itens de higiene deixam a desejar. Agora o que RUIM é o café manhã, e deveriam cumprir com o anunciado. Divulgam servir CAFÉ COLONIAL todos os dias entretanto servem um CAFÉ bem SIMPLES (DO ESTILO SERVIDO em pernoite de motéis so que no formato Self-service). Mas para quem precisa apenas de um lugar seguro pra guardar malas, e tomar banho o custo benefício esta bom. Os funcionários da recepção nos atenderam bem e foram prestativos.

O quarto parecia filme de terror. Teia de aranha, banheiro mal limpo, portas emperradas, lençóis com cheiro péssimo, quarto úmido. Não fiquei hospedada, solicitei o cancelamento poucas horas depois. O atendimento da recepção foi muito bom. Funcionário bem educado, localização é boa, fica praticamente ao lado do museu do amanhã. Perto da rodoviária e aeroporto. Mas a acomodação não recomendo. Tem muito a melhorar.

Várias pontuações: cama velha com mofo parecendo cama de lixão. O banheiro estava muito sujo tinha baratas e cabelo no ralo. Não tinha Wi-Fi no quarto, ar condicionado não funcionando e buraco aberto no ar que dava acesso aos pernilongos, MUITOS pernilongos. Ficamos trancados dentro do quarto pq a fechadura estragou, horas e horas para arrumarem a porta e mesmo assim tivemos que dormir sem trava. Não tinha toalhas de banho, quarto estava cheirando mal e as roupas de cama estavam encardidas. O frigobar é tão sujo e velho que não sei como a vigilância sanitária não aprende O café da manhã tem pão manteiga presunto e queijo e café com leite, somente.

Terrível experiência de hospedagem, desde a recepção, que não passam informações precisas, poucos colaboradores, acomodações muito ruim sem nenhuma acústica, barulhos de rua, sexo, porta do elevador fechando bruscamente, entre outros. Não disponibilizam, toalha de rosto e cobertor, a limpeza só é feita a cada 2 dias, mesmo pedindo, mesmo falando com o gerente e governanta não resolveram, disseram que pelo valor que eu paguei tá ótimo. Este é o atendimento dos gerentes do hotel. Final de semana não fica ninguém responsável... Sem Wi-Fi no quarto, somente na recepção pequena onde fica um monte de gente tentando acesso com um ar condicionado gelado. Café da manhã precário. Só tem uma cadeira e uma mesa no quarto. TV de Tubo. Taxa para deixar bagagem na recepção. Arrumadeira muito mal educada entre outras várias questões....
Chamam isso de cobertor ou edredron, pedi mais um pelo menos, mas recusaram

Ele atendeu bastante o que eu precisava, limpo, organizado, os atendentes super educados e solícitos, a tv não estava funcionando e o café da manhã é bem básico,ais mesmo assim consegui passear bastante a localização é bem boa.
