They should not have english on their website if no one speaks english. There was mold in the bathroom, very old mattresses on the bed. I complained about my safe did not work and the receptionist just told me to wait 5 hours

A cama do quarto estava com pé quebrado, o telefone tinha poeira e não funcionava , a descarga estava quebrada (mas arrumaram depois ) o crachá da porta não funcionava , fiquei 20min por lado de fora e era a pilha que estava fraca ( a moça da recepção trocou para mim), o banheiro do hall estava sujo e tinha baratas mas o café da manhã estava bom e o estacionamento é coberto

Alguns chuveiros do hotel precisam de manutenção ou precisam ser trocados por outros mais modernos. Observa-se que alguns equipamentos já estão sendo trocados por outros mais novos, porém essa troca acontece de maneira muito vagarosa.

Peguei essa diária para ficar próximo ao evento da Maratona do Rio, e foi ótima localização. Perfeito, fácil acesso a zona Sul. Alguns detalhes deixaram a desejar um pouco, prefiro não expor. No geral foi ok.

Reservamos um quarto com cama de casal, chegamos e fomos colocados em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro juntadas (quarto 704) um fedor de esgoto que vinha do banheiro insuportável (o bidê) parecia estar solto. O banheiro tinha vazamento em um dos registros, o chuveiro demora a esquentar. A roupa de cama parecia não estar lavada, com cheiro de mofo, e os travesseiros esfarelando. O atendente Augusto não estava em um bom dia, ríspido no atendimento. As únicas coisas boas foram a localização e o estacionamento, fora isso nada de bom.
