Excellent customer service! Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast options. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Everything worked fine. Area and location is perfect (very centric, safe, cute). No complaints. Perhaps the only thing would be that they did not offer Shampoo and Conditioner as separate items, but in a single mixed fancy bottle. I prefer these two to be separated and not combined. Overall: A Thanks again to the awesome staff!

HOTEL ÓTIMO ATENDIMENTO PRECISA MELHORAR

Eu gosto muito desse hotel pelo conforto e localização, já fiquei 3 vezes. Precisa melhorar treinamento de funcionários, alguns bem mal humorados, principalmente a funcionária que serve café da manhã. Outro problema que identifiquei foi uso de talheres e copos de plástico, nāo acho adequado.

Hotel pertinho do melhor ponto de Ipanema

Hotel confortável, quarto bem grande. 1 quadra da praia, em zona premium do Rio. Café da manha bem completo e gostoso. Atendimento gentil de todos os funcionários. Senti falta de uma cafeteira no quarto ou chaleira elétrica. Visto que tinha utensílios para uso. Recomendo.

O hotel é bem localizado. O atendimento bom também ! Há um único e sério problema que o dormitório final 03 dá fundos para um bar que toca música alta até as 05 da manhã, a todo volume. Não deveriam dar esses quartos a ninguém. Apesar disso reconhecem o problema ( que é difícil de resolver) para atenuar a situação.

Localização excelente, instalações nem tanto

A localização do hotel é excelente. Proximo de bons restaurantes e bares, da praia e da lagoa. O processo de check in foi super rapido, me ajudaram com as malas logo que eu cheguei. Por outro lado, as instalacoes do hotel estao velhas e precisando de reparo. O banheiro não estava bem limpo, o chuveiro bastante incrustado. Outro problema é o isolamento acustico do quarto, ouvia-se tanto o barulho da rua, como interno do hotel. Acordei diversas vezes a noite.
