Mais do que esperado, foi ótimo

Desde o contato com o sr Giuseppe até chegada do hotel recepcionado pelo sr Olimar, foi tudo ótimo, super atendida, a recepção do hotel sempre prestativo, o apto super aconchegante. the flat was dirty when I arrived , the toilet stank and the cleaning service is far from perfect in the building. location is great and the flat is nice but needs a bit of tlc ,never really opened windows because of smell from outside or mosquitos, found a cockroach by the bed and slept on the couch most days because of noise in the bedroom I think from the ac system which it from the ww1

PERFECT!!!

Alugar um apartamento pela internet, é algo muito prático e perigoso ao mesmo tempo. Corremos risco principalmente quando não observamos as resenhas sobre a pessoa. Quando loquei com o Giuseppe, me senti segura pelas várias resenhas em diversos momentos, e vindas do Brasil e do mundo. Ao chegar, fomos muito bem recebidas pelo pessoal do hotel, e ao chegar no apartamento, ficamos muito felizes pois é muito confortavél e espaçoso. Fomos em duas pessoas, mas o local acomoda 4 super bem! Próximo do AP tem metrô, ponto de ônibus e quem quer comodidade tem estacionamento. Foi maravilhoso!!! Giuseppe e o Sr Olimar são extremamente atenciosos, do primeiro contato até o último! Certamente serei cliente frequente!!! E um detalhe muito importante, o AP é organizado todos os dias pelo pessoal do hotel, e seguro pois deixamos dinheiro, pertences, joias e coisas de valor por cima de tudo, e não sumiu um centavo. Segurança, praticidade, e conforto, aqui tem ;) Preço JUSTO! Obrigada Giuseppe!!! Voltaremos logo!!!

Excelente imóvel em um dos melhores locais do RJ

Excelente localização em Copacabana, um dos melhores locais para ficar no Rio de Janeiro, ficando a 1 quadra do metrô e a 2 da praia, o apartamento é confortável, tendo tudo o que precisamos para uma hospedagem tranquila e confortável: sala ampla com sofás e tv a cabo, cozinha completa com fogão, microondas, cafeteira, etc., área de serviço com máquina de lavar, ferro de passar, etc., quarto amplo com uma cama confortável, e suíte espaçosa. Sendo o apartamento limpo diariamente e a recepção do hotel sempre prestativa e atenciosa, o apartamento ainda fica em uma localização privilegiada, com mercados, drogarias, restaurantes, ponto de táxi, segurança, que nos deixou muito confortáveis nesses 5 dias na capital! A negociação com o Sr. Azzolini foi tranquila desde o primeiro contato, sendo sempre rápido nos contatos e honesto, além da recepção do Sr. Olimar na chegada ao RJ que foi ótima, sendo muito atencioso! Com certeza, quando voltarmos ao RJ, aqui será nosso local de estadia! Obrigado pela estadia e atenção, Sr. Azzolini e Sr. Olimar! Ítalo & Alessandra

Excelente opção de hospedagem no Rio de Janeiro.

A economia de um apartamento com a segurança e comodidade de um hotel... O apartamento do Sr. Giuseppe está muito bem localizado, perto da praia, de comércios e serviços, além de estar a poucos metros da estação do metrô, que permite deslocamento pelos principais pontos turísticos do Rio de janeiro com agilidade e baixo custo. A atenção do Sr. Giuseppe e do Sr. Olimar foi excelente! Só tenho a agradecer. Eu, minha esposa e meu filho ficamos muito bem instalados no apartamento completo: com TV a cabo com vários canais, a/c, lava roupas, microondas, secadora de roupas, refrigerador duplex, fogão, purificador de água... appartement très bien équipé, très bien placé, à coté du métro et station de bus; nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cet appartement, le propriétaire est très sympa et facile d’accès par internet, et le contact Olimar sur Rio est très gentil; vraiment que du positif en plus à 50 m de la plage de copaccabana. Résidence securisée avec petite piscine, spa, salle de sport et sauna . Bon ok quand on est à Rio on fait autre chose mais ça a le mérite d'y être. Service de ménage tous les jours, bonne literie.

"L''appartamento si trova in ottima posizione a 2 passi dalla spiaggia di copacabana e la fermata metro. Zona tranquilla, ricca di supermercati e locali. L''alloggio rispecchia perfettamente quanto descritto nell''annuncio, spazioso e comodo!La pulizia, inclusa nel prezzo, non era delle migliori e purtroppo essendo andata in bassa stagione non funzionava il servizio sauna ed idromassaggio. "Soluzione perfetta per una vacanza a Rio in totale liberta.Al nostro arrivo l'' appartamento l'' abbiamo trovato esattamente come appariva nelle foto. La posizione ottima, a due passi da supermercati, spiaggia e tutto ciò che serve.Nessun rumore molesto durante la notte...L'' unica nota di demerito va all'' attrezzatura delle pentole in cucina...sarebbero da cambiare.In ogni caso è stata una bella esperienza che speriamo si possa ripetere in futuro!"

"Logement très propre et très bien situé à 2 pas de la plage de Copacabana et à 500 m du métro de Rio malgré tout très calme.Seul critique le lit très mou et plein de ressorts et les éclairages ne fonctionnant pas par manque d''entretien (ampoules fils électriques..)"
