It was nice and clean inside. But, I speak English and Spanish and the staff did not want to communicate with me. I tried to talk to them and they ignored me on several different occasions. There was one guy who spoke English who was nice and helped me out named Zion. But the rest of the staff seemed disrespectful of the language barrier no matter how hard I tried on my end to communicate with them.

O quarto é um pouco velho, o ar acondicionado estava mal instalado e velho, mas em geral o serviço foi muito bom e o café da manhã maravilhoso.

The hotel stands on a very dangerous neighborhood. It is a cheap hotel far from everything. Very problematic.

It was great the staff was great very attentive. I would definitely return to this hotel. They kept all the necessary Covid guidelines.

The design of our room was great. It had a roomy entrance way that we could leave our packs in, which gave us plenty of space in our room. The shower was amazing! The staff were always helpful and kind - even going out of their way sometimes. Didn't like that we had to ask to get our room cleaned - we didn't know that we had to, so put up with wet towels and smelly bins for a few days. Location was a bit rough around it but we didn't find it a problem at all

What was unique was the food but what was bad was that the cameras outside of the hotel don’t work and we never got our rooms cleaned

Booked a triple room during Carnaval. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, very quiet, daily room servicing with fresh towels, bar fridge, good air conditioning, extensive buffet breakfast any time you liked between 6:30am and 10:30am, friendly staff (mostly Portuguese speaking only). Supermarket across the road for any snacks you might want. Opportunities for improvement? Only small things: WiFi only worked at one end of the room, waste bin for the toilet was too small for three people, shower floor was too flat so soaked the bath mat during each shower. Surrounding area is not that nice compared to the south zone of Rio, but is a lot better than the downtown Centro area. We felt safe enough to walk to and from the Sambadrome. Would we go back? Yes, in a heartbeat.

Local Brazilian ambieance.
Breakfast was better than larger hotel we stayed at later on the beach. 15 Minute walk to metro station and Maracana Stadium. An older building but HOT water and Cold air conditioning, and two elevators. Room service $5.00 for Hamburger and fries in 10 minutes. Very nice people but learn a little Portuguese as English will work but takes a little patience. Tour set up 8-9 hours covers all major sites $100 per person

O apartamento é bem simples e aconchegante, nao tinha tomada proximo a cama, o ar condiciona é modelo janela, mas nada disso atrapalhou a minha estadia. Recomendo e voltarei a ficar no hotel

Inadequado para 3 estrelas
Quarto pequeno para 2 camas, em um dos lados o hospede fica sem passagem. Há uma bancada, mas não há uma cadeira. Frigobar não se ajusta ao mobiliário, perigo cair. A porta do frigobar não fecha adequadamente. Internet Wi-Fi não tem alcance nos quartos dos fundos e quando se conecta, o sistema não reconhece seus dados para permissão de acesso a rede. Colchões desconfortáveis (as molas já não dão sustentação). Lençóis que não cabem no colchão. Travesseiros desgastados. Ar condicionado com mal funcionamento e barulhento. O assento da privada era menor que o vaso, além de ser de plástico. Apenas 2 fontes de alimentação de energia. Quanto a limpeza encontrei fios de cabelos tanto na cama como no local da ducha. O ralo da ducha estava entupido. O quarto cheirava umidade. Se ouve barulho dos outros quartos. Enfim...um desastre.

El hotel es súper lindo y seguro, mi estadía estuvo súper bien! El personal es muy amable, sin embargo, solo hablan en portugués. La limpieza y atención son súper buenas. Lo único que hay que considerar es que alrededor del hotel no hay muchos lugares para salir a comer, pero al frente queda un supermercado.

Os meninos do café da manhã e as camareiras são pessoas simpáticas e educadas. Café da manhã satisfatório. Ficou a desejar a limpeza, assim como a recepção. Primeiro ponto a desejar foi que chegamos sendo avisados da falta de água quente, a qual pude reparar que era apenas no 2º andar do hotel. Desta forma poderíamos ter sido realojados para qualquer outro andar, contudo o recepcionista se limitou a falar que não havia água quente e ponto. Triste e revoltante. Ponto dois a desejar foi que sem querer perdemos a chave em uma noite, e avisamos novamente para que fosse feita no dia seguinte de manhã, contudo a mesma não foi feita e tivemos que a todo momento perturbar as camareiras (super solícitas e simpáticas) que abrissem o quarto para nós. Chato, e incômodo.
