The hotel is very well located, but my overall experience was disappointing. I arrived extremely early due to an international flight and was required to pay almost double my reservation rate to access my room, as the early arrival was treated as an additional night, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances. Throughout my two-day stay, my room key stopped working repeatedly and I had to return to the front desk a total of 14 times to have new keys made, which was both disruptive and frustrating. In addition, the internet service was unreliable and required frequent resets, often interrupting business meetings, despite multiple attempts to resolve this with the front desk. Unfortunately, these issues significantly impacted the purpose of my business trip.

Great place to stay. The hotel is located in a very safe area of Rio and you can do lot just walking. Staff is very friendly and polite and give a big shout to Bruno from the bell desk, and Paulo and Ademar from from the breakfast buffet.

I spent a week at the hotel and it was lovely. Let me start by saying that they staff there are very professional and very pleasant to interact with. The executive room was not very much to my liking, too small, and the bathroom is outdated; however, I somewhat settled because of everything else that was good. The breakfast was awesome, and I mean it. Plenty to choose from. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Ideal place to stay

Bad and Poor Service without Breakfast

Bad room service with constant noise of dripping water even after repetitive claims. Stopped suddenly at the restaurant for not paying the breakfast which I have never heard about an extra fee for that. What a poor hotel!
