The manager, Antonio was amazing. He provided amazing service and helped to remedy my room concern quickly and with kindness. Iane was also wonderful staffer that was welcoming and kind.

Windsor California Copacabana
I love everything about this hotel -- from the courteous, knowledgeable, friendly staff, to the rooftop bar and their restaurants! I didn't have an ocean view but it didn't matter. I just went to the top swimming pool, and/or walked out the front door. I will stay here always!

Overall, the stay was fantastic. The room was clean, the staff was so kind, and in a safe area for the holiday. During my stay, I got very sick and was unable to enjoy the rest of my trip to Rio.
