Rio Othon Palace
The rooftop pool had wonderful views but minimal seating. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices. The hotel overall definitely needs an upgrade. The first room assigned to us had mildew (mold) on the pictures and curtains. The carpet was stained. We got another room with vinyl flooring ...
