At just a short 1.5 hours drive from Panama City, and a 10 minute drive from the convenience of the nearest town of Río Hato, the Santa Clara "Los Pescadores" street lies with its 20 local fisherman family houses and its 4 weekend family properties, all facing the sea. Two "rancho" style restaurants, a charming multigrade school and a "kiosco" mini store for (very) basic items, make up the single strip of lots that have made up this community since the 1940's. Take a "panga" ride with the locals to the "Farallón" bird-island, watch the fishermen arrive after a day's fishing, stroll on the beach for kilometers of pristine pacific beach, swim in one of Panama's most beautiful beaches, or ask the neighbor for a fun adventure on his floating banana boat for your teenagers or kids.
