"The staff were nice. We had a little trouble with our key card having to run up and down the elevator because it wasn’t working staff helped us. Of course the room was nice. The balcony was big there was somebody else’s earring on the hotel room floor. The ocean is beautiful warm the pool is a nice size enough pool loungers to not feel crowded."

"The staff here are amazing, so sweet kind and helpful. As a solo female traveler I felt safe at the property and walking through the area around the city. It was all I hoped and more. Beautiful rooftop views and just overall amazing. Never been as happy with anywhere else that I can think of. The staff all need raises! Every one of them went out of their way to be helpful far beyond expectation. If I go back to San Juan I will 100% be staying here again."

"The staff gets a 1000/10, beyond amazing. The shower in my room (207) was extremely tiny maybe 2x2 pillar in the shower made it a tight squeeze. The room I was assigned didn’t have any windows and was right by the stairs so no matter how quiet guests are you can hear everything, which I understand being a historic building. The ac was a little noisy and leaky overnight. The kindness of the staff and free drinks offer was the best part. The rooftop views were AMAZING but the rooftop definitely could use some much needed TLC. It looks like it got roughed up by the last hurricane and hasn’t been brought back up to its glory as it was in the pictures. The location of the hotel was phenomenal, right in the middle of San Juan and plenty of things to do in walking distance."

"Although the property is in the process of construction to include an on-site bar and restaurant it is very clean and quiet. The room and bathroom are very spacious and updated. (Bed and pillows are extremely comfortable) The checkin staff at the front desk was very informative and provided extras blanket initially as the temperature in the room must remain at the temperature the hotel sets it to. Very safe hotel in the heart of Old San Juan with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it meets all of one needs for a pleasant and enjoyable stay."

"The room needs an upgrade. Smells like old dust. The hotel amenities were great, from the pool to the beach. Also, they have several restaurant options, bowling, and go-karts. Overall, very nice, but rooms need to be upgraded; they look very old"

"Overall my stay was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A bonus was the location of this property, it’s roughly a 15 minute drive from the airport and restaurants/shops/bars are very close, everything is roughly a 10 minute walk or less. Would definitely recommend staying here for a cute, clean, and affordable place"
