The hotel was clean and most things seemed to have been updated pretty recently. Our room was very nice and conveniently located. We had no issues with parking or checking in/out.
The pool area was the highlight of the stay, but the pool bar seemed to only be opened sporadically with no set schedule.
My only two complaints are that at one point there was a couple who were arguing and making a huge scene, cursing, and screaming/crying… front desk staff said there was nothing they could do about it because they are “residents” and not guests of the hotel.
They also state that they are a “pet-free” hotel. I have horrible dog allergies and specifically looked for a place that didn’t allow pets, only to find that they did allow “residents” to have pets, so my allergies took a turn for the worse even with meds.
Overall, it was a good place to stay.
Much nicer than a lot of other non-Disney/Universal properties in the area.

First impressions were great. The suite was huge! The Tavern was awesome, and management resolved concerns promptly. Its a bonus to have access to a fridge and microwave. The coffee makers were nice for making mini coffees. The only suggestion I'd have is to adjust the doors to not slam so loudly! I'd stay here again!

"I would like to express my disappointment with my stay. The hotel room was horrible and very dirty, and the shower was broken and not functioning properly. This was unacceptable and made my stay very uncomfortable. I expected much better conditions and service."
