"The information about the Atrium states that there was shuttle service included. However, while we waited at the port, we learned that there was not free shuttle service to the Atrium. Ultimately, we got a taxi, as there lots of taxis at the port. We could have gotten there much sooner if we had known this. We waited about 20 minutes before calling the hotel & being told that there was not shuttle service."

"The bed mattress had a sunk spot on one side and the bathroom fan either didn’t work or there was no switch to activate it. The late night noise was expected though, not as loud as I would’ve thought."

"This is a lovely little space. Communication with our hosts was easy, very detailed and complete. The living space, kitchen and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The king bed was very comfy. We weren't there much but have no complaints except perhaps to have more options for blankets for the sofa bed."
