It’s an older motel but the rooms were clean and comfortable. We were travelling with teenagers so having the suite with a bedroom was great. Quick Uber ride to skytrain or downtown.
This was a very convenient location / to sttend concert at Rogers - and to shop at Metrotown.
We had a comfortable stay - and enjoyed our stay for 8 days.
The room was clean, friendly staff, parking outside your door… the bed was comfortable and kitchen was good to have it was missing a can opener but when I asked if they had one it was brought to me… I found 2400 very accessible, accommodating, and central access to wherever you would like to go… I will stay there again
The hotel is very old but well maintain for its age. Lots of history with this hotel, location was excellent and walkable.

The window in bathroom didn’t stay open. The door didn’t feel as secure as it could be. The ceiling fan was great. Bed comfy. Bathroom could use an upgrade.
This motel definitely has a lot of charm and character. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. A couple things to note, the rooms were quite warm with no AC, and the small fan provided wasn’t very effective, so we ended up purchasing one from Shoppers Drug Mart. Also, one of the showers out of our two rooms had very low water pressure, making it difficult to shower and wash your hair.
Overall, the motel has a lot of potential. With a few comfort upgrades, this could be a really cool place to stay!
This is an older motel, very clean and has good utilities. Close to good restaurants, buses, skytrain and TNT supermarket.
Needs a mirror in the bedrooms and airconditioning as the units can get very hot. Pro tip: opem the lounge window, put the small fan on the window sill and run the fan, it will draw in cold air from outside and cool down the lounge room. The unit was large and spacious.
Relaxing stay at this gem of a motor lodge of bygone days. Very clean and unique accommodations. We were surprised that the two bed unit was a two bedroom one. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only downside was lack of air conditioner and mini frig.
The rooms are old and smelly, some renovation is required or better to carry air freshener, the ventilation and location are good. The fans need renovation, the towel usage is charged $8 per towel which sucks if the room rent is charged, not great for amenities, if you plan to stay, good for location, but if you feel you need more travel and less time at hotel, still its a bit over-priced to get along your vacation.
The staff was polite and helpful. They made check in and check out easy and pleasant
The room was fabulous. Ceiling fans over each bed, all the windows opened with blackout curtains and the unit was very clean and neat. The renovation was done well & thorough. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was crisp, clean and very white
I recommend they offer $0.25 single serve cream/milk for the in-suite coffee service and for cereal. Dispensed from the office fridge
2400 Motel is on the bus route and approx. 40 minutes to downtown.
I would definitely stay there again.
It’s a great price for those with a limited income.
Great place and affordable, location is great to.
Would recommend staying here .
