With its elegant and refined interior, this flat in Riparbella offers a holiday a few minutes from the sea, in the cool relaxation of the countryside, and with the convenience of all services nearby. Ideal for a family or a group of 4 friends. Equipped with air conditioning and 2 private, fenced gardens, there is also a private, electrically gated parking space available for guests. Take a nice walk in the beautiful region or visit beautiful Tuscan cities such as Livorno and Florence (easily accessible by car). We are 20 minutes from Volterra, 2 km from an adventure park for children, 1 5 km from beaches including one for 4-legged friends. The coastal town of Cecina, only 5 km from the accommodation, is also worth a visit. Opposite the holiday home, a renowned wine cellar offers excellent wines and wine-tasting. A utilities & service fee of EUR 85,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.

L'appartement est très charmant, cependant il est mal situé, en bordure de route. Je devais prendre ma voiture pour faire les promenades matinales avec mes chiens. Aucune vue, ce qui est dommage en Toscane car le paysage y est magnifique.
