"Great hotel with super nice and friendly staff! We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only downside was the Wi-Fi—it was extremely weak and barely connected at all. We just wish they could provide a more reliable connection, especially for guests who need Wi-Fi for important matters. Other than that, we had a great experience!"

"This was a several day family trip. The hotel was super convenient to everything in Gatlinburg. We were able to walk to all the attractions in the area, including Ripley’s Aquarium and Anakeesta. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff member who checked us in for the stay was very helpful. The parking under the building is made more for smaller vehicles, but it was great to be able to have the our car within covered parking."
