It’s a no-frills place that offers everything a traveler might need: a clean room, basic toiletries (including a toothbrush and toothpaste), a washer and dryer, and an elevator. Since it's in a residential neighborhood, there are plenty of local eateries within a one-minute walk. I had the best Tom Yum shrimp soup with rice and a drink for just $7 including tip! "No elevator, no kettle and no cups in the room, no hot water machine on the floor and at lobby area. Bus station is about 10-15 minutes walk, metro station is further. For my point of view, property can be used for 1-2 nights, but not for prolonged staying. "
