Lovely property with great sized pool - perfect for the family and nice and quiet. 10 min walk to supermarket and a 20 min walk to riva centre. Very helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to help us.

Great service, quiet area

The welcome and service is great at this hotel. It’s a short walk to the lake and Main Street so the hotel area is quiet. Good lock up parking facilities. Restaurant behind hotel is fabulous and well worth visiting also.

Modernes, geräumiges Apartments

Saubere, geräumige, modern eingerichtete Apartments (W-Lan inkl.) in ruhiger Lage am Stadtrand von Riva. Die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet einen tollen Platz zum Entspannen. Zudem gibt es eine Grillmöglichkeit und einen kleinen Spielplatz. Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder in abschließbarem Raum in der Tiefgarage (Service Station für Fahrräder ist auch vorhanden). Das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage oder an der Straße geparkt werden. Den nächsten Supermarkt kann in ca.10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

quiet relaxing hotel

We liked this hotel very much. Perfect at some distance from the busy hot center of the city where all the other tourists are crowded. We enjoyed having breakfast at the balcony which was very quiet and relaxing. Nice restaurant close by.

Great apart from sofa bed!

The resort is located a 10-15 min walk from the beach and from the nearest grocery store. Please be aware of this if you have small children - it's quiet a long walk. The neighbourhood is very quiet and has only one restaurant (we didn't go there). The pool is only 1.05 m deep and very children friendly. Lots of sun-beds. You don't need to be afraid you won't get any. The hostess was extremely friendly and service-minded. The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped, but the sofa-bed was really bad and only suited for small children; the springs in the mattress was very uncomfortable end felt sharp.

Modernt och gediget boende med alla bekvämligheter. Fin pool djup 1,05 även lekplats och mysig grillhörna. Hyrde cyklar och upptäckte de vackra omgivningarna, fanns även med cykelbarnstol och hjälm. Missa inte slottsrestaurangen mitt emot i underbar miljö med god mat, de producerar både egen olivolja, rött och vitt vin. Ett måste är oxå den fantastiska glassen på Flora nere längs huvudgatan. Barnvänlig strand.

Неоднозначные впечатления о посещении этого отеля.... Скорее отрицательные, чем положительные... Итак, по порядку >>> В отеле чисто, аккуратно, а самое главное - очень тихо, высыпаешься на 150%... НО... Как обычно все испортил финансовый вопрос .... Первое, с чего все началось - за опоздание вечером на поселение с нас взяли штраф 50 евро, Хотя мы заранее позвонили, уточнили время приезда, но, по прибытии нам заявили, что за каждый час опоздания, после 18 часов, с нас штраф 10 евро. Было очень неприятно... Чтобы заехать в гараж и выгрузить сумки из машины (до стоянки примерно 200 метров) - заплати еще 5 евро. Погрузить - опять 5 евро... и так по мелочам... За 8 дней проживания ни разу (!!!) не сменили постельное белье. Wi-Fi очень-очень медленный... И последнее - отель достаточно далеко от центра города, идти пешком примерно 30-40 минут. Самое приятное во всей поездке - это сам город Гарда, прекрасное озеро, великолепная природа вокруг, свежайший и чистейший воздух, свежее вино и те приключения, которые мы сами себе придумали....

Nice place, but many potential charges

It was a fine stay, and staff was friendly. The apartment is equipped with stoves, etc. for cooking as well (and a grocery store is within 5-10 min walking distance.) It is out of the main area which is along the shore (a fair amount of walk), so I rented a bike at the apartment for 5 euro per day. The bike is a single-gear cruiser with a basket, and you get to keep it in the parking garage and ride whenever you want. You can get a fancier road / mountain bike at local bike shops around for 30~40 euro a day. Note the check-out time (9:30 AM) and last check-in hour (7 PM), because check-in or check-out after that is charged 10 euro per hour. Towels are replaced only once a week, and I believe there was a charge for getting a new towel. I didn't rent a car but there is a charge for parking as well. When I visited there wasn't a charge for WiFi.

Rauhallinen paikka lasten kanssa. Vähän kaukana keskustasta, mutta pyörällä ihan ok matka. Altaan vesi kylmää, vaikka oltiin heinäkuussa. Omistajat mukavia ja ystävällisiä. Huone todella siisti. Ilmastointia olisi ollut mukava säätää itse.

Cannot wait to return to 4LIMONI!

We just loved 4LIMONI and the owner's hospitality and help. We stayed 5 nights and we knew it would not be enough! We were so sorry we didn't have more time at 4LIMONI! Clean rooms, crisp white sheets and comfortable beds (yes, really, they were super comfortable...even the pillows!), shelving for our clothes was so useful and kept everything organized, extra space in the room to store our luggage, the balcony so we could eat outside, and even a laundry rack to hang wet clothes. We were able to rent bikes directly on the property, get all the information about where to go and what to do, perfect pool for our kids and for adults to have a break, and the best supermarket, COOP, just down the street. We even found goat yogurt and lots of gluten free options for our family. Additionally, the coin laundry in the basement was fabulous!! Owners were always happy to offer change and even collect your laundry if you were not there. Just couldn't ask for more! Also, it was quiet at night and the room darkened so amazingly well with the electronic shades over the windows. We cannot wait to return to this area.

Schöne Anlage mit Ferienwohnungen

Wir sind mit Baby verreist und können die Anlage diesbezüglich sehr weiter empfehlen. Dei Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen, innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man am See. Die Ausstattung ist mit Ausnahme eines Backofens super, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, der Balkon schön groß. Der Service war top: Jederzeit ansprechbar, immer ein paar nette Worte, kleinere Anfragen wurden sofort behoben (bspw. wie findet man deutsche TV-Sender?). Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Superfin lägenhet utanför stan

Riktigt fin lägenhet med litet fint poolområde som tyvärr ligger en bit utanför stan så man behöver bilen för att ta sig till affärer, restauranger & strand. Välutrustat, nytt & fräscht kök & trevlig planlösning. Passar perfekt om man vill vara mycket på hotellet. Fantastisk grillplats vid poolen.

Dejligt resort med super lejlighed.

Dejligt resort med god pool og have. Lejligheden er godt indrettet og har god aircondition. Vi havde en super altan med udsigt til pool/bjerge som næsten er et must. Ligger cirka 2 kilometer fra Riva Del Garda, som i min verden er det eneste minus - men dog med det plus at man så er tæt på vinmarkerne.

Viel Lärm um nichts

Wenn man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist man fehl am Platz. Hotel bietet sich für Fam. mit Kindern an. Und wenn man am Balkon im Erdgeschoss einen Sessel verrückt hört man dies auch noch im obersten Stockwerk. Achtung für jeden Pfurts muss man extra zahlen. Bei Nachhausefahren, Zimmer ja sauber verlassen (Besenrein und Müll entleeren, Müllcontainer ist ca. 300 Meter vom Haus entfernt !!!!), sonst werden 50€ zusätzlich verrechnet. Frage mich nur was da 50 Euro kostet wenn der Boden gereinigt wird. Eigentümer muss sowieso die Betten frisch überziehen und das Bad muß ebenfalls gereinigt werden. Garage für Autos ist super (aber auch extra zu zahlen, 5€/Tag). Fahradkeller auch toll, denke da kommt nicht so schnell etwas weg.

Tolle, gepflegte Anlage zum wohlfühlen!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt im 4Limoni Apartment Resort. Die Anlage wird von einer sehr zuvorkommenden nette italienischen Familie betreut und super gepflegt. Man findet einen tollen Garten mit Spielplatz, Pool und Grillecke vor. Alles top in Schuss. Auch die Apartments sind toll ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung der Küche hätte noch ein wenig umfangreicher sein können. Es fehlen leider Schnapsgläser und ein Schwamm, ein Lappen und ein Trockentuch würden die Funktionalität abrunden. Gegen Gebühren werden auch Bademantel, Fahrrad verliehen und Tischtennisschläger und -Bälle sowie grillkohle, Toilettenpapier und Müllbeutel verkauft. Wir haben nichts davon in Anspruch genommen. Auch WLAN kostet extra. Es war rundum ein toller Urlaub! Danke
