Perfect holiday
Perfect place in the old town of Riva del Garda just few minutes everywhere by walk. Apartment is cosy, well equiped and communication with the host was excellent. I was pregnent so it was very convenient to have all necessary ammanities at place and so the bakery just down the stairs. Definately the place we would love to visit again.

Riva La Garda Apartment
This place is exactly as advertised. Very well maintained. The management is professional and seamless. It was nice to stay in the area without cars. The paid parking garage is a short walk away. Easy walk to the lake. The mountain bike trails are amazing.

Perfect for sailing at FVR
This is delightful apartment a 5 minute walk from FVR It is on a walking street with a couple of good restaurants, a bakery and a bar with sailing memorabilia. Easy walk to lots of other good Restaurants and shops It is one floor above the street with the bedrooms on the back a further half floor up. Very quiet. Nice shower and comfortable beds, a kitchen area with proper tools and a adequately spacious fridge. The only thing we missed was a dryer since we were there during a very rainy week Hard to be more convenient to sailing

Wonderful Riva Experience
Great central location, wonderful service, very clean and simply seamless check in and check out with the owner. She made everything very clear and easy. I have visited Riva for over 20 years and this VRBO Property was the best experience ever. So much more affordable and Just as nice as the fancy hotels. If you are on a budget and want the flexibility to eat and entertain where you are staying, this is the place. This apartment would be comfortable for 4-6 people. Thank you for making our week so special!

Wonderful Location in Riva Del Garda
You could not ask for a better location when visiting Riva Del Garda. The apartment is just minutes from the lake, yet the apartment is quiet. Our greeter was waiting for us with the key and was on time when we departed. We did not cook but certainly could have in the well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the washing machine and drying rack. We enjoyed the bakery next door and the restaurant just across the street. The apartment is very plain in decor, but you will be out and about in town, not hanging around the apartment!

Een mooi en schoon appartement midden in Riva.
Een mooi appartement midden in Riva. Te midden van alle voorzieningen, die je al toerist nodig hebt. Bakker, horeca (prima eten/diner aan de overkant!) en verderop in de straat terrasjes en winkels. Vlakbij strand en recreatie. Prima!

Schönes, modern eingerichtes Apartment in Riva. Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt zu Bars, Restaurants und Hafen in direkter Nähe. Alles sehr sauber, unkomplizierte Übergabe mit freundlichem Vermieter.

Lovely Stay in Riva Old Town
We are three students that stayed in this beautiful flat in the old town of Riva dem Garda. The location, communication and overall stay was absolutely perfect. We would definitely come again and can recommend it to anyone. One little point of criticism might be the kitchen equipment, which could be expanded a little.

The upfront communication was very friendly and all instructions to find and enter the apartment have been very precisely. The location is just perfect- at the arrival we parked our car in the parking house and never drove it during the week. Thank you Elena also for helping us promptly when we had a small issue. Everything else has been described before (cleanliness, sometimes a bit noisy, nice bakery in the house, no need to use the kitchen every restaurant is in short walking distance).

Appartment in super Lage
Küche und Wohnraum sind nett und gut ausgestattet, Schlafzimmer(n) und Badezimmer mangelt es jedoch an Komfort (kein Kosmetikeimer, keine Ablagen bzw. fehlende Wandhalterungen z. B. für Toilettenpapier und in der Dusche, keine Garderobe oder ähnliches, obwohl Platz vorhanden wäre). Im zweiten Schlafzimmer sind nur Bett-Pritschen. Das Objekt könnte für die Preisklasse gehobener ausgestattet sein. Die Lage des Appartments ist ausgezeichnet.

Bellissima posizione!
L'appartamento si trova nel pieno centro di Riva del Garda, nella zona pedonale e la posizione é favolosa a pochi passi da tutto (anche un buonissimo forno sotto casa per pane e brioches fresche)! Se si arriva in macchina il parcheggio più comodo é quello a pagamento a pochi minuti dall'appartamento (che si trova in ZTL). L'appartamento é al primo piano alto senza ascensore (forse poco agevole se si hanno bimbi piccoli o passeggini da portare su e giù) ma é ben accessoriato con mobili nuovi ed evidente rinnovato da poco. L'unica pecca é forse servirebbe una rinfrescata nell'imbiancatura.. e questo dava l'impressione di un po' di trascuratezza (e di poca attenzione da parte dei precedenti ospiti!). Nel complesso comunque é un alloggio bellissimo a Riva del Garda e la proprietà si é dimostrata sempre disponibile e cordiale e ci ha aiutato tantissimo anche prima del nostro arrivo! Lo consigliamo e torneremo sicuramente! The flat is extremely well situated in the pedestrianised area of the city centre, just a short walk from everything. As an added bonus, it's just above a bakery which made excellent croissants for breakfast! If you arrive in a car the best bet for parking is the paid car park close by. The flat is on quite a high first floor, so a bit difficult if you have young children and have to bring stuff up and downstairs. However, it is very well furnished with new appliances, it obviously was recently renovated. The only little thing was that the place could have done with was a coat of paint to freshen it up a bit, as it was it seemed just a little neglected, perhaps previous guests hadn't helped in this regard! That said overall it was a great place to stay, the owners were very welcoming and helpful with all our queries before we arrived. We thoroughly recommend it and would definitely go back!

Dolce Vita - Mitten drin!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Riva del Garda sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auch die Abreise verlief stressfrei. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und es war alles vorhanden. Man ist mitten im historischen Zentrum und hat es nach Abendessen und Abschlussgetränk ist nicht weit nach Hause.

Nice appartement
Onliest disadvantage is, that parking is not possible beside the appartement. Therefore it is well located in the middle of the center of Riva (nice starting point for Via Ferratas). The communication with the landlady worked good.

Wohnung in Zentrum vom Riva. Alles was man braucht ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wohnung sauber und ausreichend Ausgestattet. Einreisen ein wenig problematisch wenn man zum ersten mal da war. Parkplatz 5 min. Von der Wohnung entfernt. Man musste Gepäck weit schleppen da man in die Altstadt nicht mit Auto reinfahren darf. Das war aber der einzige Nachteil den wir gespürt haben. Sonst ein gelungenes Aufenthalt. Für einen kurz Trip gut zur empfehlen.

Fabulous! Excellent value for money.
Comfortable and cozy apartment. It is furnished in a modern and functional way. There is everything you need and at your fingertips: it seems to be at your home! Get out of the door and you are in the middle of the center, in the middle of the Riva movida. It is very close to everything: shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars (in the same way there is the pub “all’Oca” which I would recommend to everyone for the particular location and aperitifs ....) for the parking (I use that payment but, near the flat you can find one free). It is close to the Sailing Club, and to the beach. We did wonderful tour in the near mountains. The flat was very clean. Elena is kind and helpful; she has verified that everything was in order: she made us feel protected and we enjoy very well our vacation. Fabulous! I recommend it!

Neue Wohnung mitten in der lebhaften Altstadt
Dieses Appartement ist ideal im Zentrum von Riva gelegen. Alles was man sich wünscht ist vorhanden, es ist geschmacksvoll eingerichtet und sauber gepflegt. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen, für uns war alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Herzlichen Dank Camilla und Elena, see you next year!
