"It's a lovely hotel for people of all ages and interests as it offers a wonderful spa facilities, accommodation and services to suite everyone. We were a family of four with kids aged 3 and 8 but we saw plenty of single travellers, couples of different ages and older families enjoying themselves at the hotel. "

"We booked a stay for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenage children in an ‘executive apartment’. The apartment itself was clean and tidy but there was only one mirror in the apartment other than the bathroom which was tricky with 5 of us sharing one apartment. It was not considered to be a ‘room only’ hotel stay by the staff. We were told that it is a separate apartment and therefore we had to pay if we needed additional toilet rolls (1 euro each!). "Wow, where to start! Riva is a BEAUTIFUL place and this hotel is so well situated, it makes everything so easy to access by foot. Lots of amenities and restaurants nearby, but the hotel is quiet and peaceful! The person who greeted us (Francesca) is a wonderful, sweet person and she made us feel welcome from the second we walked in the door. The room had absolutely everything we needed, and the air conditioning was as cold as mid-winter in Montreal (a good thing in this case). There are extra...
