Good gym. Pool had lane swimming. Great clay courts and hotel will loan both tennis and squash racquets. Pool bar good food and drinks throughout the day.

A nice stay

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and good facilities. Only a 15/20min walk down to the harbour. Only negative was the room was very hot as they don’t have air conditioning but a system that works off humidity. We found it not good at all.

Great hotel, exceeded expectations. Staff always friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities, really nice indoor and outdoor pool. V good gym, excellent quality breakfast with a chef who was always friendly and would cook to order each morning. Room always nice and cool after a warm and sweaty day out, air con also v quiet. Rooms spacious and stylish with nice high ceiling even with pull out bed, which was of a decent size and had a comfortable mattress for our gangly teenage son. Plenty of parking space for our hire car. Would like to go there again and probably will next year. Diolch, Dan.

Nöjd med boendet. Bra faciliteter och fint poolomrÄde. Bra lÀge. Trevlig personal! NÄgra saker jag inte var sÄ nöjd med. SÀngarna Àr alldeles för hÄrda för min smak. Frukosten hade det mesta man önskade. Men en kaffemaskin rÀcker inte. Fint med en kock som tog bestÀllningar. Men för ineffektivt, hade kanske otur med mycket folk. Ha fÀrdig Àggröra och bacon iaf.

Wir hatten eins der schönen neuen Cottages fĂŒr einen Sporturlaub gemietet. Diese liegen neben dem Hotel im Bereich des Pools. FĂŒr die Mahlzeiten geht man rĂŒber ins Hotel. Das Hotel an sich ist schön klein und ĂŒbersichtlich. Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Und die gebuchte Halbpension war sehr lecker und lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die Sportmöglichkeiten um Hotel sind vielfĂ€ltig. Wir haben das Gym, den Innenpool und die Squashhalle genutzt. Außerdem war das Hotel fĂŒr uns Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Mountainbiketouren. Die gute und gĂŒnstige Fahrradvermietung Peterzolli ist gleich um die Ecke. Zu Fuß ist man zudem in 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Riva. Alles in allem ein perfektes Hotel fĂŒr unseren Herbsturlaub. Nur das Wetter hatte Verbesserungspotential.

Das Hotel bietet eine riesige Auswahl an AktivitĂ€ten und ist fĂŒr jedes Alter geeignet. Gegessen haben wir dort nicht weshalb wir das Essen nicht beurteilen können. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und wĂŒrden wieder kommen und das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Positiv: Schönes Hotel etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Toller Pool zum Schwimmen, sowohl Indoor wie auch Outdoor. Wirklich leckeres FrĂŒhstĂŒck mit frischen SĂ€ften und einer Live-Cooking Station - dort konnte man frische RĂŒhreier, Pancakes, Waffeln usw. bestellen. VerbesserungsfĂ€hig: Es wĂ€re toll, wenn man den Indoorpool und das Spa etwas lĂ€nger als bis 20 Uhr nutzen könnte. So könnte man auch nach langen TagesausflĂŒgen noch etwas entspannen. Das WLAN war oft zu schwach um Netflix, TikTok und Co. zu schauen. Das ist leider nicht mehr zeitgemĂ€ĂŸ und sollte verstĂ€rkt werden.

Waren vollstens zufrieden. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Altstadt von Riva war zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Eine reichhaltiges FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbĂŒffet lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die Zimmer sauber und gerĂ€umig. Lediglich die Klimaanlage hĂ€tte besser kĂŒhlen können. WĂŒrden diese Hotel-Anlage jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Der Wellnessbereich war top. Einige Mitarbeiter haben nicht sehr motiviert gewirkt, liegt wohl an daran das viele bereits genug von den Urlaubern haben
