"A fantastic location for a brief stay. On arrival we realised we had not booked a room with balcony. They facilitated an upgrade at a reasonable cost , however, the superior room was only available for the first of our 2 nights. So, after moving room after 1 night they gave us the best room in the hotel. A penthouse suite with enormous terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only minor criticism is that after the breakfast restaurant closes at 11am, there is no facility for drinks until the bar opens at 5pm"

"Highly recommend. Would absolutely stay here again. Close to EVERYTHING without being in the city center of Riva del Garda, but super walkable to get there. Right across the street from several beaches, and a marina bar. On the same street as many food options. E-bike rentals available on property, as well as regular bicycle rentals. Breakfast is included, spa options, and tour options available for booking through the hotel. Staff was very friendly, and very helpful. "
