"A fantastic location for a brief stay. On arrival we realised we had not booked a room with balcony. They facilitated an upgrade at a reasonable cost , however, the superior room was only available for the first of our 2 nights. So, after moving room after 1 night they gave us the best room in the hotel. A penthouse suite with enormous terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
My only minor criticism is that after the breakfast restaurant closes at 11am, there is no facility for drinks until the bar opens at 5pm"
"We enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location to walk to the lake and wonderful shopping nearby. Our room was very quiet, the mini fridge was good for keeping drinks cold, and the bed extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good, with a good variety of cheese, meat, bread/rolls and a good coffee machine. "
