"It is not where it says on the map. I turned up expecting to be in actual Banjul but I was somewhere miles away. They didn't have any rooms even though I was booked in. Took me to another place that was nicer but again, not in the location it said. "

"Misleading information about the rooms available to book on Expedia: Room listed with shower but there was no shower. BUT a room with private bath was offered at a more expensive price upon arrival (BAIT & SWITCH).
ROOMS WITHOUT SHOWERS have access to a community bathroom facility BUT The toilet located across from the room did not work and one must go to the other end of the hall for the toilet. The shower st the end of yhe hall does not have hot water. Leaving one working toilet for 3 rooms....

The views are absolutely stunning, waking up to the ocean just steps away was such a dream. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks for offering to extend our checkout time when our flight got delayed.
The food does take a little while to come out, but it's totally worth the wait. Everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. Breakfast was a standout too, different options to start the day right.

The gardens are beautiful and full of life, with peacocks and monkeys adding a unique touch. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making me feel truly welcome. "The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. My whole trip was terrible as askay delayed my return to freetownby more than 9 hours. I am asking for part refunds for my airfsirand hotel. This was my worst holiday experience ever."
