"We rented this property due to the proximity to family locally but we were pleasantly surprised at how close it was to several restaurants, a Publix, coffee shop and lots more!! The house looks like an older ranch on the outside, however inside it’s more modern and cute. We had our 2 very small grandchildren with us and there was not a ton of things to take up to keep out of their hands. There was 6 adults for us and the two children and plenty of space! The outside space was nice with plenty of seating and pool floats. We had one minor issue when we first arrived and the owner jumped right on it and it did not affect our stay at all. Great communication! We enjoyed this stay and would definitely stay again and recommended it to other family members from out of state"

"What a lovely home and a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed the privacy the home brought being tucked back and nestled into the golf course. The living room had a very relaxing and calming feel. And the lanai was a great place to eat breakfast and enjoy our iced coffee. Our kids enjoyed the fooseball table and even learned to play chess during our stay. The extra touch of games brings a fun element when traveling with kids. We had plenty of room as a family of six. It is always a good sign when you stay in a home and can easily see yourself living there. Would love to stay here again. "

"Our group had a great stay. There was plenty of room for everyone and the fenced yard was great for our pets. Communication was good and plenty of parking space for our group. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. "

We had breakfast every morning at the kitchen table, and spent the evenings together in the living room. The office was a perfect place to set up our laptop and get some work done.
