"The facilities and room were quite nice and the person at reception - Brooke - was exceptional: warm, welcoming and helpful. However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention: - the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor - the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed - the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush We took care of those issues...

"Our room was great for what we needed. It was very convenient, located in the middle of town. The fireplace was really nice. The room needed some updating and work. It seemed a bit rundown and well used. The kitchen was nice. "

"The best night’s sleep I had during a week long road trip! The unit is very good, the bed is spectacular (even though it’s a Murphy bed). The location rocks. The complex is due for some much needed seasonal maintenance. The hot tub needs an overhaul. Otherwise, great stay!"

"This is a lovely clean spacious property. About a 6 minute walk to town. Check-in was quick and easy. We just spent one night there on our trip from Michigan to California with our college-age daughter, but we appreciated the space and amenities. It was cold so we stayed in around the fireplace instead of out on the balcony. Would happily stay here again."

"Stayed here for ski trip. Location is just a short walk / drive to Gondola that goes up to Peak 8. (Gondola is free). Behind the building was the major shopping districts and restaurants. Also a short walk. The kitchen was adequately stocked but a little small. All in all it was worth the expense. "

"The room itself was amazing and clean. Easy access to everywhere. Not happy being charged $1 when checking in and then my card being charged another $1 when checking out. That's an expensive interest charge for $2! Also not happy with Red Awning who the room was booked through. I would not recommend them, terrible communication!"
