"Ti Kaye Resort & Spa was a fantastic experience, and the level of service is what really made our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, Phillip was brilliant and made us feel genuinely welcome. Throughout our stay, the entire team was warm, attentive and always ready to help. We also took full advantage of the experiences Ti Kaye offers. The tour of the south of the island was excellent, and our boat trip up the coast was easily one of the highlights of our time in Saint Lucia. The captain and crew were outstanding, the scenery was spectacular, and seeing the island from the water is something we would absolutely recommend. The wine tasting at the resort was another lovely experience and very well done. There were a couple of issues worth mentioning. We specifically chose Ti Kaye because it is an adults-only resort, so we were disappointed that there were children on the beach every day. We understand they were not staying at the resort and that the beach itself is public, but it does take away somewhat from the adults-only atmosphere we had deliberately chosen. We also had an issue during our rum tour when our driver left us. Not ideal, but what impressed us was how quickly Ti Kaye responded once they knew what had happened. They immediately stepped in, sorted everything out and made sure we were taken care of. That response says a lot about the quality of the team. Those points are the only things keeping us from calling it a flawless five-star experience."

"Beautiful villa and views, the staff were amazing. Natalie and Nigel are the best easy communication. Love the upstairs and downstairs, the pools were great and put to use. It is a distance from the airport and from Soufriere. That’s just a heads up. So plan accordingly. Roads are windy into the property I would hire a driver. I only got a limited use of the ATV, but when it worked it was amazing ride to the beach behind the property. You can walk to the beach (rocky pavement) which offers a beautiful view and sunset. For the amount of folks I had it met our needs perfectly (10 persons)."

"This was our second time at the villa and we had another wonderful and memorable time. The owner is great at communication and the staff are truly what makes the stay so enjoyable! The food is delicious and every need is taken care of around the place by Christy and Kershell. Lenny is also a great help and driver on the island. The nearby beach is great for snorkeling. We highly recommend this magical getaway. The pictures hardly do it justice. The panoramic view of the ocean is unbeatable!!"

"This is a beautiful property with an amazing view. It has everything you need with a well appointed kitchen, bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash and hairdryer which was nice. Beach/pool towels in the bedroom are available to use at the beautiful pool. Carlos, the house manager met us at the home to show us around. He brought us fresh coconuts and mango. He was available by text for any questions and very responsive. I would recommend having a car or driver as the home is up on the hill and too far to walk to the beach or restaurants. We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend this home."
