"Great stay! We rented a car, easy to find and parked with no issues. Central location in the island, 1 hour to go North or South. Did the boat tour with Pauline’s husband and it was great! Loved being in Marigot Bay! Tons of restaurants near by and loved taking the little boat over to the beach. Apartment had everything we needed. Great AC units. Well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend."

"Overall we had a really nice stay at Zoëtry! The facilities are really nice, especially the pool and our room. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Overall, the atmosphere was very charming and relaxing. Cons were that the food wasn’t very good, except at the steakhouse where you had to pay extra outside of the all-inclusive, and the beach they use is open to the public, so it’s just not quite as peaceful compared to a private beach. If you are looking for a resort vacation that is very relaxing without breaking the bank, and you don’t mind missing some of the full luxury experiences, then Zoëtry would be a great place for you and/or your family!"

"Communication with the host was above and beyond. She not only responded quickly, but also gave a ton of extra information that was really helpful. The place was beautiful, and the view incredible. One thing I didn't realize is the pool is a shared pool with other people on the property. However, we pretty much always had it to ourselves whenever we wanted to use it. It's basically a large house divided into maybe 4 units, with this one being on the middle level, behind another unit. You do need to take stairs down to get to the pool. The barbeque area was very nice, and the owner's son helped us get the charcoal grill lit one night when we wanted to have dinner in. The location was off the beaten path, and therefore nice and quiet and relaxing. Only one of the bedrooms has the patio doors out to the deck and view. The other bedroom is on the non-view side, but still nice. There is plenty of space in the kitchen/dining area and living room. It has a nice, open concept. We spent most of our time out on the deck, though, or by the pool when we were there. Due to the solar heated water, the shower does not get warm at night (just something to be aware of). It's otherwise a very nice shower. We had a very slow drain while we were there, which was not the best to shower in, but I'm sure the host will get that fixed for future guests. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this place to other travelers."

"Beautiful property! Very clean. Beds were perfect. TV’s had Netflix and other options. Communication with the host was easy and they were always accessible. The staff was very kind and attended to all our needs. Would stay again for sure. "

"The home and furniture and the reviews are what drew me to the home in the first place! The minute you arrive and open the private gate is just awe inspiring! The pictures although beautiful dont do this exquisite home justice. The views of Marigot Bay are stunning. The home is a Luxury Villa. It is laid out in such an immense way. The manager Pierre, the house lady Anselma were both so accommodating. Our stay in paradise was just heightened by the tranquility and beauty of the Villa Isis. We have already booked for a much longer stay next year. Thank you all for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Excellent place!"

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Marigot Bay Zoetry property. The space was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly positioned with stunning views of the bay. The amenities were excellent and made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The location couldn’t be better—steps from great restaurants and the marina, and an ideal home base for exploring St. Lucia’s top destinations like the Pitons, botanical gardens, waterfalls, Sugar Beach, and Rodney Bay.The host was exceptional before, during, and after our stay. Communication was prompt and thoughtful, and the detailed visitor’s guide they provided covered everything we needed to plan our days with ease. It made the entire experience smooth and stress‑free.This is absolutely a place we’ll consider again on our next trip to St. Lucia. It exceeded expectations in every way and made our visit truly memorable."

"Villa Kai Bois is a beautiful villa up in the hills with a wonderful view of Marigot Bay. It is modern with loads of amenities. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms modern, kitchen well stocked with all cooking necessities. Exceptional cleanliness Will was responsive to our questions. Agathe and Lucan were helpful during our stay. We were a family of 7 and loved being able to cook with each other and to enjoy our private pool and everyone had lots of space to hang out. We did have cars so we explored St Lucia by driving. We would highly recommend this villa. Loved it. "

"Amazing building with its unique ceiling. Very well appointed and clean. Balcony was lovely with stunning views over Marigot Bay. The pool and pool area a real treat again with same views. A pleasant walk down the hill into the bay. Great getting discount in the Chateau Mygo bar and restaurant. Had some lovely meals there. Frank the owner was very helpful and he gave us lifts back up the hill. Thanks so much for a great stay. Would definitely recommend."
